The story

I spent years in multifamily real estate marketing, one of the most competitive digital arenas there is. Every lead has a dollar value. Every empty apartment costs real money every single day. In that world you learn fast what actually works: video people believe, pages that answer real questions, structure that search engines and AI assistants can read, and the discipline to change things the week they stop working.

Through my technology company, Cenaptic, I build apartment discovery systems around a simple, human idea: people do not rent buildings, they rent apartments. The same conviction runs through the OG Center. People do not hire categories. They hire the shop on the corner, the caretaker who answers the phone, the teacher who remembers their kid. Your website should feel like that.

Every business is built around an original center: the one thing it was really for. Over time, most drift from it. They copy competitors, chase tactics, and start to look like everyone else.
